I was looking for someone to help with my washer repair in Hemet and came across Diamond Valley Appliance Repair online. Honestly, not sure about them at first, but gave it a shot since my Whirlpool was acting up, and I had laundry piling up. Glad I did! The tech, Mike, called before he arrived, so I didn’t have to wait all day. Super friendly guy, knew his stuff, and got straight to work. He quickly figured out what was wrong and explained it in simple terms. No tech jargon. Before I knew it, my washer was humming perfectly again. Loved that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything extra. It was just about getting my appliance back in shape. Definitely recommend if you’re around Hemet and need washer repair. Might call them again if something else breaks down. Service like this is rare nowadays.
